How to order?
- You can order in email, or through this website on the contact page.

How to proceed an order?
- After we clearified the details deposit payment is needed to secure the ordering.
- Once the product is finished the payment of the remaining cost can be done.
- When the payment is done I can order the delivery and the carrier will pick up the package next day.

What payment method is possible?
- Currently you can choose between PayPal or money transfer.

How much is the shipping cost?
- It depends on your location, but there are some examples:
Austria – 26€, France – 40€, Germany - 28€, Poland – 25€, Spain – 47€.

Which carrier will deliver the package?
- I work with DPD carrier. 

What is the production time?
- 2 weeks maximum, but when I have preproduced parts it can be much faster.

What is the delivery time?
- Usually 2-7 days. It depends on your location.

It is possible to get an invoice?
- Yes, I can give you invoice of course.

Is there a warranty for the products?
- Of course. There is a one year warranty.
